April 2007 -  Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)

From 6 April 2007, the role of the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) will be extended by law to cover consumer credit disputes. Inter-Credit has appointed FOS quality management team to ensure its full compliance with the new legislation.
